-*Strong experience creating Images from start to finish, Re- imaging experience* -Virtual desktop -Citrix desktop -Hands on experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager). -Hands on experience with Active Directory. -Strong experience in a Windows 7 environment and MS Office Suites. This person would also need very good communication skills to deal with the end users. They will need to go to other divisions and set up or troubleshoot printers as well as deploy any new equipment (laptop, monitors, etc.) They would also need experience with telecom equipment, setting up smartphones, tablets, video conference equipment. Client utilizes Dell laptops and Desktops.
