*-All our requirements are Direct client Requirements.* *-Please Do submit only qualified profiles.* *-Please share the resumes only after you discuss with your consultant. * *PeopleSoft P2P Functional Consultant* *Location: Durham, NC * *Duration: 6- 12Months * *Top 3 requirements: * *1) Expertise in PeopleSoft Payment Processing including International experience * *2) Superb communication skills * *3) Strong leadership to reach resolutions quickly * Seeking a Lead Business Analyst PeopleSoft Purchasing to Payables subject matter expert with 100% proven experience in having previously implemented global payment processes from start to finish with various international and national banking systems, including training & troubleshooting processes, etc. (minimum PeopleSoft version 9.1, 9.2 preferred) *This requires: * (1) Detailed knowledge and hands on experience of complete configuration of the Purchasing and Payables modules, AWE, Pay Cycle, and Financial Gateway, as well as experience automating the pre note process (2) Detailed knowledge of the interaction between Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Financial Gateway, and banking integration, (3) Detailed knowledge of automating bank files and acknowledgements/confirmations or other processes needed to automate the pre note process, (4) Ability to work well with various user and technical groups, ability to manage expectations and ensure management is in the loop prior to jumping off into a design. (5) Ability to manage multiple streams of activities all related to the P2P processing of payments, however, being worked concurrently, rather than consecutively, (6) Strong leadership skills to ensure solutions are decided upon quickly and designs plan for expansion of processes as Quintiles grows without constant redesign of payment processes, (7) Ability to transfer knowledge to junior business analyst on a regular basis as project progresses *Summary: * Document, through process mapping, illustrating current and future state, identify gaps in IT and business processes, and facilitate the implementation of the solutions some of which are already in flight.
