Hi, Hope you are doing Great *Role: IVR QA Tester* *Location: Denver, CO* *Type: Contract* *Detailed JD and skills:* For this role, the QA Engineer will play a role in the implementation of QA standards throughout the CCTS platform. The current platform reaches across the customer service UI applications and integrates with the Genesys IVR CTI platform, requiring the resource to have a strong QA background, technical experience and deep understanding of call flows, call routing, the logic, and the data that drives it. Integral to the position is the knowledge of how this data drives integration points with the call center applications through window/field population. The ideal candidate would be in involved in the implementation of best practice techniques for test-driven development, value-based exploratory testing, functional and regression testing. *Responsibilities:* · Writing and executing test scripts related to call routing and computer telephony integration. · Partnering with our application development teams to clarify requirements and identify risks and incompatibilities with design to ensure certification of code with quality. · Analyzes, tests and certifies telephony components and validation of Genesys code. · Execution of testing solutions, ensuring that they are on time, within budget and to the required quality standard. · Log, track and verify resolution of software defects · Clearly communicate project status at various intervals based on the need · Consultative analysis and functional requirements are completed and document deliveries are met. · Manage the relation with all internal and external stakeholders. · Communication of Project Planning is complete with the business, development, and PMO regarding status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation. · Projects are monitored against time, effort and cost. · Report of the potential risks and any stage of development. *Skill set/Experience:* · Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor Skills · Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) · Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) · Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
