hi, the packaging guidelines tells us to put several scripts in /etc/vmware-tools (suspend, poweron, poweroff, resume). This is all nice and handy, but by default those scripts are not used, as long as there is no tools.conf existing in /etc/vmware-tools
Is this intentional that those scripts are disabled by default (poweron and shutdown are dummy scripts anyhow), or should we also put a tools.conf in the packages?
