Anything to do about this ? It seems, for the first one, that commenting out 
the struc definition in modules/linux/shared/compat_netdevice.h fixes the 
problem.

Hmm, did RedHat backported new NAPI to 2.6.18?... It used to be available
with 2.6.24 kernels, I'll take a look.
