this is not the allocated memory of the VM (RAM)
this is the LIMIT which can be lower to partly
force memory get ballooned or even compressed

look for "ressource limits" in the viclient
these can be changed at runtime also in viclient
assigned memory itself usually not (depends on license and guest-OS)
