Thanks for the opinion.  I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with 
VMWare support yet, even though we have a contract.  Nothing has gone 
wrong yet!  I just know that if it were some other companies' support 
I'd be told that installing open-vm-tools once on any guest invalidated 
my support contract :-)

But of course!  I'm a rabid bug filer, even if I don't quite have the
