Thanks for the opinion. I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with VMWare support yet, even though we have a contract. Nothing has gone wrong yet! I just know that if it were some other companies' support I'd be told that installing open-vm-tools once on any guest invalidated my support contract :-) > I think you'll be fine if you're willing to reproduce problems with the ESX > Tools before calling support.
