Did anyone go to this?  Did this actually happen?  Does anyone have any idea 
what I'm talking about?  (Does anyone care? =] )

It just showed up during a google search for information about the instruction 
scheduler in Open64 (it's amazing that information about something like that is 
so hard to find...it's enough to make one run, sobbing, back in to the warm 
arms of SUIF or LLVM or the like).
