This wording appears correct, but please make sure it undergoes proper 
reviews on your side.

General additional comments - While I do not doubt it, please do ensure 
that you or the person doing the commit is in fact authorized to make 
this license adjustment to the code.  (Since it's wholly new code this 
should be easy)  This would normally be covered under a contributor 
agreement, but it may be worth asking consulting someone just to double 
check.  (I hope this is helpful)
