The history is still unclear to me.

1) How did HP engineers in the past decide which *license* to put at the 
top.  (Please everyone stop confusing copyright notices with licenses)
2) Is this file even needed
3) It's also not clear to me how or why it's "derived" from 
intrn_info.cxx and wintrinsic.h.

Jian-xin if you can remember would you explain why/how you made it?  Did 
you sed/perl/awk script intrn_info.cxx/wintrinsic.h or directly copy 
code out to make this intrn_entry.def.
