Hi Jiangzhou, It is great you are working on adding new OpenMP 3.0 features. We discussed this in the Open64 steering group meeting yesterday and would recommend that you go ahead and create a branch for implementing this. There are no issues in doing so.
The open64.net trunk will be closed for new features starting from February 1 so that we can move to the bug fix stage for the upcoming 4.2.4 release. Once the 4.2.4 release is done and the trunk is open again for new development, you can promote your changes from your branch to trunk at that time.
