Absoft Corporation is seeking Compiler Engineer to work on x86 Open64
technology.
Location: Rochester Hills, MI
Job Function: Implementation of new optimizations, integration of Open64 code
into the local repository, performance analysis of benchmarks and real-world
applications, support of new industry standard features.
Qualilfications:
1. Able to solve problems independently
2. Strong debugging/analysis skills
3. Very solid practical C/C++ experience
4. Compiler optimization and architecture knowledge
5. Good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
Education and Experience:
1. MS/PhD degree in CS/EE in compiler or a related field
2. Hand-on experience with Open64 compiler.
3. Knowledge of x86, x86-64 architectures, ABI, instruction sets.
4. Knowledge of modern compiler optimizations such as SSA, Vectorization,
Parallelization, GPU etc.
5. Familiar with coding under Linux, Windows, or Mac OS X.
6. Familiar with Fortran language
