The "Is_Target_Orochi" and "OP_sse5" are used in LRA as the context
conditions for check_uses_destructive_dest especially for x86 targets. it
can be abstracted away by providing a general "weak" check_** function,
while x86 target extends it by re-implement the interface. However, I think
it should be another check-in for this issue. The same is for other
#TARG_X86 in cg_loop.
If there are no other objections, I will check the patch in tomorrow.
