THE QUESTIONS:
- When we talk about new forms of participation what is the novel character of
these forms?
- To what extent is the use of social media exclusive ? Are connections via FB,
Blogs, Twitter etc. real ones or "just" powerful social imagination?
- How to prevent the danger that new forms of political participation simply
become incorporated into the establishment? How sustainable can opposition be
if it remains outside the established political system? Can large scale
participation function?
- What experiences can we share of forms of participation that have emerged to
manage and share the commons?
- How can we maintain and organise equal access to common goods in a global
market economy? Specifically, how do we handle lack of respect for such goods?
- Can the commons offer a way out of the European crises?
After a discussion we will have a skype meeting with members of Teatro Valle (

update about their work and on what's going on at Blockupy in Frankfurt at the

We will finish our forum with participating in a performance of Hiwa K. at
Prinzessinnengärten ( http://prinzessinnengarten.net/ ), which is quite close
to our venue.
