Windows: Explorer Shell Invalid Parameter Errors
The attempt to follow the smb protocol specification by returning
extended responses to NTCreateAndX requests (when specified)
resulted in random "invalid parameter" errors from the Explorer
Shell (and common control dialogs) on Vista SP2.
As a result we won't send the extended responses.
