libafs: afs_backing_dev_info is 2.6-only
afs_backing_dev_info only exists for 2.6 kernels, but there are a
couple of references that escaped the 2.6 #ifdef's. Make
afs_backing_dev_info only referenced for 2.6 kernels. (1.4.x only)
