Windows: AFSCommonWrite add bWriteToEndOfFile var
To improve readability add a bWriteToEndOfFile variable which
stores the value of
liStartingByte.LowPart == FILE_WRITE_TO_END_OF_FILE &&
liStartingByte.HighPart == -1
