volinfo: refactor mode variables
Untangle the various global mode variables, which became muddled when
dsizeOnly
and saveinodes were introduced. DumpInfo now indicates the default mode and
DumpVnodes means print the vnode entries, not scan but sometimes print.
Remove
unused globals.
