Remove more SRXAFSCB_GetDE stubs
Commit 444a971edc (afs: Remove SRXAFSCB_GetDE) removed our
SRXAFSCB_GetDE stub from src/afs, but the same thing also exists in
fsprobe and xstat. Remove those, too.
