afsd: honor the -nbiods option
The commit:
"afsd: Move to newer cmd syntax" (fbe6f0f4ad9)
removed setting the flag variable "sawBiods" when the -nbiods option is
used, this results in the -nbiods value being ignored and the default
value being used.
This problem was identified by the cppcheck static analysis tool.
Note: The -nbiods option is only for AIX systems.
