cf: Remove LIBSYS_AIX_EXP
LIBSYS_AIX_EXP has been unreferenced since commit 2ec9b1db03
(shlib-overhaul-20060802), where it was replaced by a hard-coded
"afsl.exp". A few places have still been setting LIBSYS_AIX_EXP; remove
them.
