Patch changes Makefile.sgi_65 to wire CC=/usr/bin/cc and LD=/usr/bin/ld
instead of CC=cc and LD=ld.
If you have gnu ld in your path on sgi, it breaks the build. (Already
broken, but incrementally trying to fix some things at least.)
