Please don't make stuff not work on older kernels.

Just because the newer kernels support it, doesn't mean that openafs
suddenly shouldn't support the older kernels.
I realize, if there are horribly nasty efforts required to keep an old
kernel working that it isn't practical, but this doesn't seem like one of
those cases.
