[OpenAFS-devel] problem about compile ntp in openafs-1.0.3 under Redhat 7.0

I want to used the ntp to install a addational AFS Server
 But the default compile mode of openafs-1.0.3 not include the ntp.
How to compile the ntp which included openafs-1.0.3 in the Redhat 7.0. and
kernel version is 2.2.16 .

By the way ,Can I use the ntp4.0 (download from
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/) instead of
the ntp in the Openafs-1.0.3.
