Looking at the msdn documentation for NPPasswordChangeNotify maybe
this wouldn't work.  The function is passed:
    lpAuthentInfo - new credentials
    lpPreviousAuthentInfo - old credentials

But, if I read the documentation correctly, lpPreviousAuthentInfo
is NULL unless the user was forced to change the password before
logging on.  So this isn't quite what I had hoped.
