Really? I was not aware of that... Seems like a patch to fs for both
cleanacl and setacl is in order, to at least generate a warning in that
case. Even if it's a simple "does it look like an IP acl", if so,
generate a warning. 

On a side note, it would really be nice if we could get the AFS faq
added to a docs/ subdir of the openafs distribution so patches can be
submitted against it to update an authoritative copy of it.
