I'll try that, but compiling with ibmcxx seemed to work successfully. I think I'll also give gcc a try. > Another thought - when would I run fsck on jfs? One problem is that using the Transarc partition structure, you need to be absolutely sure to never run a standard fsck/v3fshelper, or all your data will go down the drain.
