Hi, OpenAFS 1.2.8 came up fine on a sunblade 2000 running the initial release of Solaris 9, however it panics with a "bad trap occurred in module unix due to a null pointer dereference" when I try to bring it up on the December '02 release. The OpenAFS 1.2.8 and Solaris 9 Dec '02 combination was successful on a Sun 420R, so it would appear that there is something different about the way solaris 9 Dec '02 runs on the sunblade which interferes with OpenAFS. Transarc's latest release also fails on this new version of the solaris OS on the sunblade. Both fail shortly after the cache gets initialized.
Thanks for any help you can give to this issue. -Renata Renata Dart | [EMAIL PROTECTED] Stanford Linear Accelerator Center | 2575 Sand Hill Road, MS 97 | (650) 926-2848 (office) Stanford, California 94025 | (650) 926-3329 (fax) _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-devel
