[OpenAFS-devel] solaris

Someone should check to see if the Solaris client still compiles.  It's got
its own versions of the mtu routines that I overhauled.  I think it's
correct but I don't have a system to test it on.  Well, I do have a Solaris
system but I'm lazy.
