The oops output indicates
- the openafs kernel module IS NOT loaded.
- the 'kafs' (incomplete afs implementation from redhat) kernel module IS
loaded.

I'm surprised that afsd didn't report 'Error 38 in basic initialization'
as well as 'Adding cell '%s': error 38' for all cells.

I suspect the oops was triggered by afsd not passing in the mount options
that kafs expects, but that's not our problem.
