This raises an interesting point.   The reason the installer adds the
"administrators" to the initialliy created group is because in the past
the Transarc and OpenAFS 1.2/1.3 releases allowed all users to control
the AFS Client configuration.   For those users who are upgrading, we
did not want to completely pull the rug out from under them.
