I have tried 2.6.12-rc5, still the same problem. So it must be something
wrong
with 64bit version?

I use the following options,
for disk cache:
OPTIONS="$MEDIUM -nosettime -dynroot"
for memcache:
OPTIONS="-dynroot -memcache -nosettime -blocks 65336 -chunksize 20"
