Don't expect too much speed as the data travels through AFS to
Stockholm and then through ftp to you. If you can, get the files out
of AFS directly. If data happens to be cached, it should be faster for
us on this side of the 100ms wide pond.
Actually, this shouldn't be much of a problem. The latest versions
(1.2.13, 1.3.87, and the release candidates) have RO clones on a server
which is only a short walk from that FTP server. Thanks go to Jimmy
Engelbrecht, who has arrange for hardware, network, and machine room space
for the rep site in Sweden.
