Troy:

By the time the recent patches were available for commit we were
already beyond the point where anything but show stopping bug fixes
should be applied.   We are trying very hard to keep things stable
so that only crucial bug fixes get added.

Most of the changes except for "limiting the number of files to 5000"
are available on the cvs head.  (DELTA cache-autotune-20050817).
