This patch is most certainly not related to your problems.  The patch
removes a race condition that allowed rx threads to sleep forever.

I believe that the only way this is going to be solved is for internal
trace log data to be captured from the rx library complete with thread
IDs and millisecond timing so it can be matched up with the tcpdumps.
I know how to obtain this information on Windows, I don't know how you
obtain it on Unix.
