Dave:

The krbcc32s.exe is the credential cache.  There will be one per session
logon session including the SYSTEM session.

If you receive the Crdentials cache I/O error that means that
krbcc32s.exe is not running within the current session and the
krb5_32.dll could not start it.  So what version of Kerberos is being
loaded by the process receiving the error?
