Checku, I also use TSM to backup my cells.

The disadvantage with my current setup, is you cant backup ACLs - as I backup the /afs tree as it it were a regular file system.

Lacking a better solution we've "cured" this by running a cron job each day which puts a file containing `fs la .` into each directory. Restoring the ACLs is of course manual, but it's better than nothing.
