Good evening,

I have had a number of issues with Openafs 1.4.* on Sol10 Sparc, where the
kernel module (built on older kernels, like something out of the Sol10u2
timeframe) would get rejected after upgrading to 118833-36, which is the
current kernel revision as of typing this. The problems were with trusted
extensions being altered. To add complication to the issue, I had problems
building on this revision; there were headers missing. Now, however, I have
managed to build, and after some digging around it seems that at least the
build machine needs

Patch-ID# 124208-01, SunOS 5.10: Trusted Extensions header files patch
Date: Dec/11/2006

...in order to build with 118833-36.

I am not entirely certain that this is the key to successful building, but
am having strong suspicions.

configure invocation:

  $ ./configure --enable-transarc-paths
        --enable-namei-fileserver
        --disable-pam
        --enable-bitmap-later
        --enable-debug-kernel
        --enable-debug
