This does sound like the right approach. I'd forgotten CITI had
accomplished this. It's good to see it under discussion again.
There's a lot of neat work that has been done, some of which for various
reasons will never see the light of day; I do try to keep a running list
of what's out there and when possible collect source for later reuse even
if the time hasn't yet come.
In the case of work done at CITI while a lot has bitrotted at least we can
get it.
