After more thought, I now think we should be consistent with "df."
We could
add a "-h" flag to "fs set/getquota" for those who don't want to count
zeros, and just use powers of ten (bytes). Then df can convert to
blocks
internally.
% fs sq . 6T -h
Not to nit pick, but the code should detect suffixes of k|K, m|M, g|G,
and t|T to preclude the need of a -h flag when setting the quota. -h
should only be needed when viewing quota via fs lq, and should also be
extended to 'vos examine'
