Assuming the AFSROOT is F:\openafs\source then the man-pages directory is at f:\openafs\source\doc\man-pages. The man-pages will be built in that directory. The directory should contain the files you see here: http://www.openafs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/openafs/doc/man-pages/?only_with_tag=openafs-devel-1_5_55
