The package cannot be installed because /usr is on the rootfs which
has no room.  All packages must be installed under /opt/maemo/ which has
its own usr tree.

There are now three levels of application catalogs:

  Extras - third party release ready products

  Extras Testing - third party release candidates

  Extras Devel - third party not ready for prime time

I would suggest you upload each build to Extras Devel so that they can
be installed via the "Application Manager".   That insures that the
packages can be install and uninstalled without root access and that all
dependencies are addressed.
