I have a minor nit. Please use the verbiage "authuser" instead of
"anyuser". Authuser is more consistent with the current AFS usage, like
the system:authuser PTS group. The system:anyuser PTS group covers
anyone in the world. System:authuser covers only authenticated users of
the cell.
