Jason,

When a buildbot builder is connected to the build coordinator the Admin
info is available via the http://buildbot.openafs.org:8010/buildslaves
link.   The only time that information is not available is when the
builder is disconnected.   If you are able to automate the sending of
mail when the builder is in the disconnected state, there is no need to
publish individual e-mail addresses.

Not that I care about the spambots.  They get the addresses from the
archives of this e-mail list and many other paths.
