For the fun of it I built the 1.8.0pre1 code base with clang and
clang-analyze
The bits of OpenAFS I can test worked as expected when compiled with clang!
Alas, clang-analyze spit out a bunch of reports about possible bugs.
After looking at them a bit, it was clear to me I'm not qualified to
really address any of them.
I filed RT #134373 in hopes of getting a discussion going and seeing if
anyone is interested in this puzzle.
