[OpenAFS-devel] PERLUAFS?

Hi there-
   I pushed my changes to get OpenAFS building on AIX, but some of the changes 
are failing the BuildBot verification:

PERLUAFS/ukernel_swig_perl.c: In function ‘swig_uafs_ParseArgs’:
PERLUAFS/ukernel_swig_perl.c:1585:9: warning: implicit declaration of function 
‘afs_com_err’ [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
 1585 |         afs_com_err("AFS::ukernel", code, "parsing line: '%s'", line);
      |         ^~~~~~~~~~~

But what is PERLUAFS and where is that even coming from?  I'm not sure how to 
resolve.
