I'd assume from the quotes ratheng than angle brackets and the kern
rather than sys when you're actually in an AIX kernel build with a full
IBM source tree.
Possibly there are some special customers that have enough source they
can define that symbol, but basically my assumption from previous
versions of AIX is that the kern tree would not be shipped in the device
driver/kernel extension kit.
