There is also DoubleTalk from Connectix. Dave is generally considered 
the better of the two, IMHO.
If I remember right, DoubleTalk makes the Windows server look like a AFP 
server to the Mac (In theory you could do the same thing, if you wanted 
write a AFS client on the Mac.) While Dave's integration goes a bit 
deeper. Dave's site license costs are also very high.
