[OpenAFS] Why doesn't the fs process run?

My installation of AFS has proceeded to the stage of starting File Server ,volserver and salvager,but a problem stopped me again: On my first time to start the fs process, I typed the command incorrectly, and so fs process could not start and following message output again and again :   FSYNC_clientInit temporary failure (will retry)....     Then I found the mistake, killed the volserver process, and delete the fs server instance using "./bos delete ..." . Having these done, the fs instance did not appear in the output of "./bos status ..." command.   I want to restart the fs process by following input:   ./bos create dfp.linux.ict.ac.cn fs fs /usr/afs/bin/fileserver \  /usr/afs/bin/volserver /usr/afs/bin/salvager \ -cell dfp.linux.ict.ac.cn -noauth   but get a return: bos: failed to create new server instance fs of type 'fs' (failed to create entity)   What should I do ?   Thanks for any hint!     Fangpeng Dong   ICT of CAS phone: 86-010-62565533-9313/9310
