You checked so you don't run out of diskspace on the cache? I've had the same problems, but with a different setup.... I try to copy large ammount of data from a client connected with a server over a rather slow line. (adsl u/d .7mb/2.5mb). After roughly 1-2gb copied data the client goes into a connection timed out" state, which I'm unable to recover from using fs checkservers, only thing that helps is restarting the client. The line does not go down triggering this behavior, it is up during the whole operation... And no running out of diskspace, neither on the client nor the server... I'm using the debian "testing" openafs packages, v1.2.3final2-3, with with a kerberos 5 server, on amd cpu;s... //Tobbe -- ###################################################################### Torbjrn Pettersson # Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] Vattugatan 5 # Web www.strul.nu/~tobbe S-111 52 Stockholm, Sweden # ###################################################################### _______________________________________________ OpenAFS-info mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.openafs.org/mailman/listinfo/openafs-info
